A: Of course, we usually provide existing samples for free, but customized samples will charge a small mold fee. After you place an official order, the mold fee will be refunded, and please note that the shipping cost for the samples will be your responsibility.

A: Amount < US$5000, 100% paid in advance ;
Amount >= US$5000, 50% paid in advance, 50% balance before shipment.
Q4 : How long is your delivery ?

For custom samples, we will need 3-5 days for production ;
